Your Next or Present Home Could Be Here !I don’t like to use the vague “Multi-Million Dollar Producer” phrase, because if I wasn’t one as a full time real estate professional then I would feel that I wasn’t working hard enough. You won’t see that phrase or emblems of made-up achievement clubs on my business card. Specifically, I have been fortunate to have the opportunities to reach a sales level of almost 5 ½ million in the last 3 years, with 10 “list & sells” (working with both Sellers & Buyers in the same transaction). I sold 8 of the 10 without ever having to list the property and, because I’ve remained friends with all my clients, I’ve had the opportunity to sell 3 properties twice within the same 3-year period. Below are some of the great properties I’ve sold, along with a brief description of life’s ever-changing adventures in real estate. |
Rare Maple Ridge Area OpportunityRepresented 3 sellers & buyer on three adjoining properties which I assembled & sold to one of the largest developers in town for luxury townhouses.
